Zoeva Brushes, Worth the Hype?

I've been using the same cheap (but still great!) eBay makeup brushes for years, but when they started to fall apart I decided to splurge a little and buy myself the Zoeva Rose Gold Brush Set. This was definitely a beauty blogger inspired purchase and one that I'm glad I made.

These eight brushes come in a travel bag with rose gold hardware to match. There is a real luxe vibe from the set, and the quality really shines through. At first glance, £50-£60 may seem a bit much to drop at one go, but when you consider how much you are paying for each brush, it's easy to see how affordable these brushes actually are.

There isn't one brush that I don't use, but my particular favourites are the 102 Silk Finish to buff in my foundation, the 227 Luxe Soft Definer to apply and blend out eyeshadow and the 231 Luxe Petite Crease to apply eyeshadow in the crease, under the eye or in the inner corner.

Every brush is incredibly soft and they all apply makeup and wash like a dream. While they can also be purchased separately, I can't recommend them enough for a set of such wonderful quality brushes at such an affordable price. They are definitely worth the hype and I'm really looking forward to picking up some more in the future - I have my eye on the Rose Gold Complete Eye Set.
