Summer Base Loves

It's time for a run down of the base products that I'm using this summer. I'll be honest, I don't switch up my base makeup between seasons much anyway, but these are all relatively new buys which I find are perfect for that healthy skin look that we all crave when the weather is nice(r).

My Top Epilating Tips

For around a year now I've been using an epilator (I use this model from Braun) to remove my leg hair. It's something I haven't talked about on here purely because I feel it's the kind of thing that needs to be thoroughly tested to see any results! For those of you who don't know, epilating is essentially plucking out body hair very quickly, and tends to last for about two to three weeks without much hair growing back. I like being outside in the sun but try to be safe and so rarely catch a natural tan (I don't tend to burn either though which is a bonus!). So, if I do want a golden(ish) glow, self tanning is the way.

The Tinted Lipbalm I'm Obsessed With

I'm going through a lipstick rut right now. For years I wore berries and plums, then last year nudes won me over, with reds staking claim as my bold lip options. Now, I like all of my lipsticks but I just don't find myself drawn to a particular one. Enter the Lanolips Tinted Balm in Rhubarb, the quick and easy guy I keep reaching for.

The Catch Up >> Style Evolution, Feeling Spendy & My Love Life

I'm going to skip straight past the "I said I'd post when uni started back but I didn't because I've been too busy" talk, because although true, I've said it before. I'll probably say it again, but for now it's summer and I don't yet have a job so I need blogging for my sanity. To get back into the swing of things, a quick catch up...
