Review // The Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil

As I mentioned nearly a month ago, I purchased The Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil. After using it since then, I have my thoughts to share!

Well, I love it. There. Just kidding.

This cleanser is brilliant - I squeeze out a pump onto my hands and massage it into my face, paying extra attention to the mascara coated lashes. Then, once all of the makeup is broken down and I look like I have Bucky Barnes' eye makeup on, I wipe it off with a washcloth and warm water. My makeup is then virtually gone, leaving my face squeaky clean!

Like most people, I was dubious about using an oil on my face as I had never done so before, and also because I hate the feeling of greasy hands - eek. But, it doesn't feel greasy at all, and is silky feeling, as the name suggests. It also doesn't irritate my eyes which gives it a big thumbs up from me, as my eye get irritated a lot. Although suitable for all skin types, I would personally recommend it to fellow dry skinned gals, as it makes my face feel all smooth and plump afterwards.

Previously to this cleansing oil, I used the Garnier Micellar Water. While I still like this, and it does remove my makeup well, I find the oil just does it so much faster, and with less waste from numerous cotton pads. Plus, you only need a tiny amount to remove an entire face worth's of makeup, so I can tell it will last ages! It is also well worth the money, priced at £10.

I now really look forward to taking my makeup off - what do you think?
